Mentorship for Girls
The CHF Mentorship Program is more than just a series of workshops. It’s a 10-month journey designed to help girls ages 10–17 step into their power, dream bigger, and lead boldly. What makes us different? Every girl is paired with her very own mentor who walks alongside her every step of the way. Together, they build confidence, set goals, and unlock new possibilities.

Through monthly mentoring sessions, hands-on experiences, and real-world learning moments, each girl gets the support she needs to shine. And when the journey is complete, she’s celebrated on stage at our Annual Recognition Ceremony, proudly receiving her CreateHER Certification, a powerful reminder that she’s ready for what’s next.

Get involved to help build a brighter future.
Completion Certification
This CreateHer Certification is built on three powerful phases that make up the mentorship journey:

Leadership: This phase helps girls discover who they are and what they’re capable of. We focus on self-esteem, body image, etiquette, leadership development, professional skills, mental and physical wellness, and community service.

Educational Readiness: Girls learn to see education as a tool for empowerment. Through college exploration, academic enrichment, and S.T.E.A.M. (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math) learning, they begin to imagine and prepare for a future full of opportunity.

Financial Literacy: Confidence also means knowing how to manage resources well. In this phase, girls learn practical money management, smart spending, and how to make decisions that set them up for long-term success.
College Initiative

58%
of girls from underserved communities graduate high school.
C4Her (ChallengeHer, CultivateHer, ConnectHer, CelebrateHer) empowers girls aged 13-17 by providing them with the invaluable experience of college campus visits, broadening their horizons and encouraging them to pursue higher education.
Did you know Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs), while comprising only 3% of the nation’s colleges, produce 20% of African American graduates? Our tours to HBCUs like Prairie View A&M University (PVAMU) and Paul Quinn College highlight these vital institutions, showcasing their impact on education and success.
